What is DivX?

All of our videos use the DivX video codec. If you don’t have the DivX codec on your system already, you will need to download a small piece of decoding software (that you only need to do once), from the DivX site. The links to DivX are listed below - please click on the green "Free Download" button on their site:

The reason for doing this, is that we can improve the video playback quality, whilst keeping the video files the same size. Using DivX doesn't affect their ability to be able to be burnt onto CD or DVD.

Cascading Style Sheets has been used throughout the VirtualGym TV Web site for formatting and layout purposes. Older browsers (those below those noted above), offer very little CSS support. For these browsers, the site has been designed to degrade into a text only version that will render the navigation as a list of links so that navigation is still possible.
